Diane's Peanut Butter Cookies

Cookies are fun to make and everyone loves them....
This is my sister's recipe for the worlds best peanut butter cookies.

1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Cup White Sugar
1 Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs

Place all these items in your mixer and whip until light and airy. It will take about 5 minutes with a good mixer.

2 teaspoons Baking Soda
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 Tablespoon Vanilla

Whip for 2 minutes.

Add 2 1/2 Cups of All Purpose Flour. Stir in with a wooden spoon until the flour is all wet.

Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
