CHEF GENE'S WHITE BREAD

| 115 grams fresh compressed yeast
960 ml warm milk 115 grams granulated sugar Mix together and let set until the yeast bubbles
225 grams soft butter 1820 grams all purpose flour Stir in the flour, a little at a time, mixing well. After all the flour is stirred in, put in bowl and cover with a cloth. Let set until it is double in size. Then take you hand and push it down. Divide into 6 equal pieces and form into bread loaves.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes.
