Double Chocolate Chip Cookies
 

1 Cup Butter
1 1/2 Cup Sugar
2 Eggs

Mix these three items on high speed until light and airy.

2/3 Cup Good Cocoa
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 teaspoon Salt

Add these items and mix on high until well blended.

Pour into a large bowl and add the following items.

1 Tablespoon Good Vanilla. (Best if you use your home made Vanilla)

2 Cups All Purpose Flour
2 Cups Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Using a wooden spoon stir in just enough to wet the flour completely.

Using a small ice cream scoop, scoop onto pan.

Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
